Characteristics:
1. It is suitable for IPX5 and IPX6 waterproof level test of products.
2, the overall structure (the industry's first), no need for the operator to carry out the test with a spray gun, fix the sample to start testing.
3. The outer casing is made of domestic high-quality steel plate, and the surface is painted with baking varnish, which is beautiful and durable.
4. The inner box and the turntable are made of SUS304# stainless steel material to ensure no rust for a long time.
5. The rotary table uses the speed-regulating motor, the speed is steplessly adjustable within the standard range; and it can control the forward and reverse rotation (suitable for the sample with power-on test to prevent winding).
6. The spray water flow is adjusted by the flow meter (manual adjustment).

8. A sample power socket (AC220V, 10A) is installed on the turntable. The sample power supply can be controlled by the program: power failure (0-999min) - power-on (0 - 999min) - power failure (0-999min), suitable for samples In the test, you need to turn off the power.
9. The test time can be set on the touch screen. The time setting range is 0-999min (adjustable). After the test is completed, it will stop automatically.
10, the control system uses Taiwan Weilun 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC, electrical components such as LG, Omron and other imported brands; wiring technology in line with national standards, the board layout is reasonable, the wiring is firm, clearly marked.
11. The LED waterproof lighting is installed in the test box to facilitate the observation of the test samples.
12, the equipment comes with a water tank, recycling water, no need to build a professional waterproof test room. The water tank float valve in the water tank automatically controls the water inlet, and has high and low water level alarm monitoring to effectively prevent the pump from being damaged due to dry water shortage.
13. The spray gun can swing up and down, and the rotation of the turntable basically realizes the full spray on the surface of the sample.
