1.Fit the helmet according to the manufacturer's instructions to the appropriate headform which shall be the smallest and the largest and intermediate sizes measured for the helmet type.
2.Adjust the retention system to be as tight as possible.
3.Hook the strap to the rear of the helmet.
4.Release the drop weight and allow it to fall through a distance of (175 ± 5) mm.
5.Observe whether or not the helmet comes off
