PCY series thermal expansion coefficient tester can be used for detecting solid inorganic materials, high temperature expansion properties of metal materials, in particular the properties of corundum, refractories, casting with shell and core materials, ceramic materials, ceramic materials, porcelain clay, glaze, glass, graphite, carbon and other inorganic materials, metal products, polymer materials (organic), providing the necessary test tools for research and teaching.
The dilatometer can completely test the line variables, linear expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, sharp heating expansion, softening temperature, kinetics study of sintering, the glass transition temperature, phase transition,density changing, Sintering rate control (RCS) of a specific sample and the corresponding curves.
Dilatometer can also add climate protection according to users' requirements in the sample through vacuum-pumping, vacuum degree 0.1MPa
