MAIN FEATURES:
CRS-708 test bench is used for testing CR injector and CR pump, which use original BOSCH CR pump,
it can reach 0-2000bar pressure, oil measurement system adopts sensor measuring
and display on the LCD screen.
There are more than 400 CR injector standard data.
It can test pump and injector of BOSH,DENSO,DELPH,SIEMENS and so on.

The injector drive chanel according to the theory of ECU drive.
The injector oil volume is measured by the pressure-sensor imported from Germanay.The accuracy of repeat testing can achieve 0.2%,with durable working life of 10,0000 hours.
The add/minus oil volume of the adjustment shims is very sensitive.
The oil measurement box install with cooling system,can cool the oil temperature very well,makes the oil measurement uits has a durable using time.
The standard calibration data stored in the computer adopts the original data of the injectors. With unit mm3/H.
This machine can finish all the test automatically with only press one key,and can save the test report automatically after finish testing.
With this common rail injector tester,it can simulate the working conditions of the injector almost same on the car,and compare the test result with the standard calibration data stored in the computer,it can meet the high accuracy demand of injector maintenance.
