1. Product Introduction
HY-CRI200 high pressure common rail injector test bench, is the latest developed testing equipment for fuel common rail injector, and has 600 kinds of common rail injector standard data. 4. Installation and Operation
1) Installation
(1) Test bench should be installed in a room which is dry, ventilated and clean. It must be placed stably on level ground which has better use hair felt or oil resistant rubber as a base. Please make sure a level by gradienter. The temperature of surrounding should be controlled between -5°Cand 40°C.
(2) Power source is three phase four wire. Voltage is 380V. Frequency is 50 HZ alternating current. Voltage fluctuation should be ±5%. Open the electrical box and penetrate three phase four wire line from the bottom. At the same time penetrate a ground wire. Big terminals in the distributor must be linked with the power line based on sequence number, in other words, 11(phase line), 12(phase line), 13(phase line), 0(zero line), E (ground wire).
(3) Putting standard test oil into the fuel tank. The height of liquid cannot low 2/3 of the fuel tank. Please add oil in time when the liquid level lower than the filter in fuel tank.
