CSF antigen rapid test kit is a rapid immunochromatography assay that detect CSF antigen in blood and serum. After add sample into sample hole(S), CSF antibodies coated on colloidal gold move along the special membrance of the kit. If there are CSF antigens, they form a complex remove antibodies on T line to develop wine red, otherwise, no color occurs.

| Test Procedure | ||||||||
1. Collect whole bood and isolate serum (centrifuge at 2000-3000rpm for 5-15 min, or stay overnight at 4 ℃), or collect whole blood with anticoagulation as sample for test. Whole blood without anticoagulation for test must proceed immediately. | ||||||||
| 2. Take out the test cassette. Place the cassette on a level and clean surface. | ||||||||
| 3. Pipette the sample and drop 3-5drops to the sample hole(S) slowly and dropwise. | ||||||||
| 4. Read the results within 10-20 min. over 20 min, the results are invalid. |

2013. Start to research influenza diseases in chickens and ducks and produce INFLUENZA VACCINE for chikens and ducks to prevent influenza diseases outbreak. It’s different with traditionial vaccine.
2013. Start clinical trial to cure cow mastitis diseases, achieve success therapy in cow.
2013. Finish first & second phase clinical trial of INFLUENZA VACCINE for chickens and ducks.
2014. Finish evaluation of dairy cow MASTITIS medicine(no antibiotics).
