1000kN hydraulic universal testing machine with full digital closed-loop control system, can achieve load, displacement, deformation of the three closed-loop control requirements, control mode can be arbitrary combination, smooth switching, 228-2002 GB/T metal materials, the test method is applied to metal materials, steel, screw steel and fasteners and other related standards, the results parameters (need to configure the corresponding fixture or deformation measuring device); software to meet the GB/T50081-2002, GB/T17671-1999, concrete specimens of the compressive test, flexural test (need suitable range); software to meet 232-1999 GB/T.

Test of tensile, compression, bending, shear, and special test of a variety of metal materials.
Main features:
1: double space structure, between the upper and lower beams for the tension between the lower and the test platform for the compression space. Tension and compression testing conversion is quite convenient; jaw adopts semi enclosed structure, better rigidity; upper and lower beams are made of steel castings, high strength, safety.
2: manual valve to control the flow of the hydraulic system, to achieve the test of loading, unloading;

4: high precision 24Bit data acquisition system, high resolution, can be extended to 8 AD acquisition;
5:USB1.1 communication, communication rate is 12Mb/s, the use of full speed mode, bulk transfer mode;
6: the system board uses 4 layers of PCB unique anti - interference routing method, strong anti-interference ability;
7: in addition to the power interface, other interfaces are the standard USB type interface, plug and play interface such interface can be used to achieve hot swap, plug and play function; interface characteristics can be set up by the software online.
