The testing device of concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipe is developed according to the national standard of <>(GB/T 11836-2009),<>(GB/T 16752-2010),adopting three-point compression-resisting mode and mainly applies to the external experiment of concrete and reinforce concrete drainage pipe.
2 Main Features
2.1 The cross beam is lifted with electric lead screw so that to do testing of drainage pipe with different diameter(300-3000mm).
2.2 With special structure the machine base is level with ground so that the replacement of drainage pipe of variety of mouth types.
2.3 The loading of hydraulic pressure controlled by computer can save time and labor, loaded steadily and the testing space resetting rapidly.
2.4 The loading speed is constant and whole course is controlled by computer. Meet the loading speed stipulated by national standard and the time requirements of pressure maintaining at every level and the loading controlling level can be pointed by user programming.
2.5 Cross beam and piston stroke both have limit protection to ensure the safety of testing process.
2.6 Software has automatic clear zero of force value system,eliminating the factors like different errors existing in manual zero-clearing.
2.7 It’s two sets of system controlling ,namely manual control system and computer automatic control system, easy to change.
2.8 Testing speed, point of pressure maintaining, time of pressure maintaining can be written when programming. It runs by computer full-automatic control.
