DJ6/DFY1,2 type energy measuring terminal blocks are special terminal blocks applied for standard wiring in energy measuring equipment.They are also suitable for secondary circuit of rated voltage up to 4000V and rated current up to 60A.They are used to change or inspect the electric equipments such as energy meter,electric instrument and relaying equipment under on-load circumstance.They can guarantee operation safety and improve fieldwork efficiency.
In order to satisfy customers' demand,our company improves the design and adopts America-imported high-molecular polycarbonate material.It has advantages of high impact resistance,ageing resistance,anti water-absorption,flame retardant,high temperature resistance.It not only has bright and elegant appearance,but also excellent product performance.It solves former products problems such as fragile,easy mildew stain grow,or heavy CT secondary leakage,easy PT secondary breakdown,etc.

1.Material:cover is PC, base is bakelite. (4000V,60A,European model, PC is anti-throw, good impact resistance, longer service life)
The blank of the cover can be made with customers' Logo for free if they show interest.
2.The Test Terminal Block is easy to open without tools,by using this kind of screw on front.
3.The copper inside are much bigger than the one in our market, mainly used for high-end European market. Please check the picture below:(the left is regular one in the market, the right bigger one is our European type)

6.Packing
Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Samples need 3-5 working days, mass products need 7-15 days.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: Express(Fedex,UPS, DHLor TNT.), Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.
Q: How to precede the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem to the lights. Secondly, we usually offer 2 years warranty for our boxes. Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will resend new enclosure with the new order for small quantity. If there are many enclosure can't work, we can repair them, then resend them to you.
