1. Mould the thermoplastic mould trays.
2. Trim the mouth tray to the correct height.
3.Turn on the LED light, then hold the light as close to your teeth as possible for the duration of the whitening treatment.
4. Wear the mouth tray for approximately 20-45 minutes in total.
5. After use, remove mouth tray and rinse in lukewarm water.
6. Repeat weekly until you achieve your ideal shade of white.
