1. Are you a legitimate distributor in China / Taiwan representing Splash About?
Yes Fantastic Enterprise is the only exclusive brand agency in Great China contracted by Splash About. If you find anyone who claims they are the exclusive distributor / agency, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
2. If we are not a Chinese company but from other countries, should I contact you?
Yes you are also welcome, and we will pass your info to our UK headquarter right away.
3. What support will we have for marketing?
All the visual materials such as lifestyle photos and product close-up photos, product introductions in Traditional Chinese, copies of certificates for CE, UPF and toxic elements, FAQs for parents, articles / studies / essays / papers / news release irregularly, and a signed non-exclusive authorization letter which represents you a legitimate distributor in China.
4. Can you give us a discount?
The prices given are based on a rigorous design, which consists of a certain levels of annual revenue as below:
Starter with Annual Revenue under CNY100,000
Accumulated Annual Revenue CNY100,000 - CNY200,000
Accumulated Annual Revenue more than CNY200,000
The idea is to encourage the growth and share the success with you. Most importantly, you will find we treat all our distributors fairly with one rule.
5. Can we sell higher or lower than the suggested list prices?
Yes to higher (not too much), but NOT recommended to lower as it will jeopardize your own margin and against our stable pricing strategy, as we tend to maintain the pricing level which reflects the brand image in some way, i.e. we want to keep the brand image with high value high standard, which we believe is good for everyone.
6. If we find we are competing with another distributor in the same area, what should we do?
Let us know as soon as you can. If the other company is not legitimate, we will take legal actions against them. If they are also legitimate, we also have a rigorous inspection criterion for reviewing the contribution from each of you. By far it’s never happened because we will basically separate responsible areas for each distributor so you won’t come against each other, as we want everyone who works with us can have success in long term.
