Q: How about your production time?
About have 25-30 working days.It depends on the windows&doors types and profile (like color requires).
Q: What about your MOQ?
For window and door, the minimum order quantity is 30 Square meters.
Q: Do you accept customized design and size?
Yes, sure, windows and doors are highly customized goods. So the size and design are up to you.
Q: What’s your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Trade assurance and PayPal are available.
Q: What is your color available?
MINYE Standard Colors have Black, White, Dark grey, Nature, and Coffee. Other RAL Colors are also available but it will spend more time and money.
Q: What kinds of hardware mostly?
China brand: HOPO, KIN LONG, PAGANI, YEAR, CHUANG
Germany brand: ROTO, SIEGENIA
Italy brand: SAVIO, GIESSE
Q: What is profile available in your factory?
Aluminum (Non-Thermal Break and Thermal Break), PVC(UPVC&VINYL), Aluminum Cladding wood.
Q: Do you provide Sample?
Sure, it is available. But we need charge for sample cost and freight fee.
Always at your service
1. Make sure that the doors are factory-installed, installed or otherwise cause defects, damage, inconveniences and manufacturer and warranty within the factory.
