| 1 | Q: Why do you charge samples fee? A: We need to sourse the material for your customized designs, and pay the printing, embroidery, labour cost etc. Most importantly sample fee is REFUNDABLE ! |
| 2 | Q: How much is the samples fee? If the design or artcraft is more complicated, the fee will be higher. The sample fee will refunded to you if the production order qty is more than 3000pcs. |

Usually, multi-angle pictures of the trial sample first within 3 working days; and after get your modification suggestions, final samples within 5 working days |
