Shipping by air will be suitable for packages weight more than 100KG. And the customers should go to clear custom and take the package at the airport. Shipping by water is suitable large volume, it is not suitbale for small package as the local fees will be high.

1, What materials do you use for the containers?

Answer: Usually we offer FDA grade silicone for the containers, there are also platinum cured/medical grade silicone and LFGB approved silicone for choice.

2, Can you do glow in dark containers?

Answer: Yes, but glow in dark is suitable for light colors silicone containers, it is good for dark colors silicone containers.

3, Do you have other colors for the silicone containers ?

Answer: Yes, we can customize the color according Pantone code. We can produce single color containers and swirl colors containers.

4, Do you have other size silicone containers?

Answer: Yes, we have 3ml (26x15mm), 4.5ml (32x17mm), 5ml (35x20mm), 7ml (38x20mm), 9ml (30x30mm lego style, 33x21mm bowl shaped), 10ml (42x21mm with two chambers), 11ml (44x20mm), 17ml (55x30mm Hexagon),28ml( 55x28mm),32ml (100x50x23mm “6+1” ),70ml (110x49x30mm large rectangle with multiple holes),110ml (108x31mm large hexagon with multiple holes), ect. If you need other size container, we can customize the container as your dimension.

5, Can you do private label on the containers?

Answer: Yes, we can print the logo on the container or do embossed logo on the container. To print the logo, the MOQ is 1000pcs. To do embossed logo, there will be tooling fee.

6, What is your minimum order quantity?

Answer: Our MOQ is 1000pcs for each item each color, some items what we have in stock can be 

Ordered less than 1000pcs. You can email me to ask what we have in stock.

7, How do you pack the containers ? Do you provide package with our own brand?

Answer: Usually the containers will be packed by polybag for each hundreds , we will packed them at random according to different orders.  We can customize the package according to your demands, please provide your package design, dimension to custom make the package.If you need know the MOQ and the package cost, please email us to inquirie that.

8, How do you ship the products?

Answer: We usually ship the products by express if the quantity is not large, for bulk volume, we can ship by water., we could ship the packages as you demanded. Express shipping will take about 7 days, shipping by water will take longer time, different time for different destination.

9, Can I get samples before placing order? How to get the samples?

Answer: Yes, we can send you samples, you just pay shipping cost by express, we will ship the samples via express.

10, How can we pay for the order?

Answer: You can choose T/T, Paypal or Western Union, there will be handling fee if you choose paypal for payment.
