An artificial stone production line includes mixing system ,spreading system ,transport system ,and calibrating and polishing system .
There are two big power mixing tank ,can mix 35 pieces of raw material of sheet size 3680*760*12mm per tank ,frequency changer controls the motor speed .the tanks through special process ,mix material quickly and no different color .
The spreading machine use the vacuum pump which through special process is suited for solid surface resin’s component .it is durable and working everlasting,keep the vacuum.and the reagent pump made of the special alloy ,void corrode by reagent. the screw made of special alloy too ,and through special process ,it is durable and corrosion resistant.
There are two transport line ,one is robber belt ,another is steel belt ,the whole transport line is 45 maters long .and there is a heating tunnel on the two belt ,it is 20 maters long .the heating tunnel is professional for solid surface production ,especially acrylic stone .it is explosion proof.at the end of transport line ,there is a cutting machine and moving arms.
The calibrating and polishing system you can fix one or more set calibrating machines ,if just one set polishing machines ,you need four workers to operate and one panel turnover machine ,and working again four times,if there are there or four sets machine,just once time and two moving arms and one panel turnover machine can be finished.compare one set and more sets ,one set machine polish 100pieces of sheets per 10hours,more set can polish 200-280pieces.there will be a cutting sides machine before calibrating and polishing machine .
