Normally, it's 30days after depoist or L/C received, but it will depend on the production schedule of mills(it can be finished within a week if coincidentally)
2. What kinds of payment terms we can use?

30%T/T in advance, balance 70% L/C at sight;
30%T/T in advance, balance 70% T/T after goods finish;
30%T/T in advance, balance 70% T/T against B/L copy"
