Product Description
Chrome-nickel austenitic (300 series) stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, forming property and strong toughness in a wide range of temperature differences. It is the most commonly used material for fasteners, joints, pipes and pipes.Since the strength of the 300 series stainless steel is enhanced only during cold forming, the thermal cycle will reduce the strength of the fasteners to the annealed state when the temperature reaches 1000°F(approximately 283°C).

301 stainless steels is the most easily cold-deformable steel with good ductility, which is used for forming products. It can also be machined to harden quickly.Good weldability.The wear resistance and fatigue strength are better than 304 stainless steel. However, the corrosion resistance of reductive media is not good, and it is easy to appear the phenomenon of work hardening when deformation, which is used for high strength sites, not recommended for corrosion harsh environment.



   304 stainless steel is a universal stainless steel, it is widely used in the production of good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and molding) of equipment and parts. To maintain the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel, steel must contain more than 18% chromium and more than 8% nickel.




   304L stainless steel also known as ultra-low carbon stainless steel, is a universal stainless steel material. With the same  characteristics as 304, but low carbon, so more corrosion resistance, easy to heat treatment, but less mechanical. Widely used in the manufacture of equipment and parts that require good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and formability).



309S is free cutting stainless steel containing sulfur, with a lot of chromium, nickel, so good heat resistance, oxidation resistance, used for the main requirements of free cutting and surface high degree of smooth.Such as: heat exchangers, boiler components, jet engines.

The corrosion resistance of 302 stainless steel is the same as that of 304, and its strength is better because of its relatively
high carbon content.
303 stainless steel is austenitic free cutting stainless acid steel containing sulfur and selenium respectively. It is used for the occasions where free cutting and high surface finish are required.Best for automatic lathes, bolts and nuts.
