Specification:

Possibility of water leakage:

Gutter is the whole bend, itself will not leak, the possibility of leakage includes: 

1) If the use of domestic general color plate, of course, it is easy to rust for a long time.  When using 2mm~3mm steel plate to do gutter, generally use antirust paint, can also be electrogalvanized or hot-dip galvanized.  Of course with Stainless steel is good, but the price...  .  BHP's color plate is good for corrosion protection.  If the requirements are strict, it is recommended to use stainless steel (1mm) inside the gutter, and still use color plate outside the gutter.  The use of more than 1mm plate gutter seems heavy, not light steel.  The outer gutter does not need to be sloped, while the inner gutter can be sloped by adjusting the length of the sling with a spacing of 500.  

2) The lap of the gutter may leak.  Generally speaking, this possibility is not large, as long as the lap length is sufficient, the sealant can be avoided evenly.  Gutter lap joints are welded.  (for welding damage to the coating should be taken treatment measures) the disadvantage of this scheme is that it is difficult to solve the problem of water caused by the deflection of the gutter!  There must be some deflection, unless pre-bending, only slope finding measures should be taken, and should be less dense slope finding materials.  It is recommended to choose more than 2.5mm steel plate production!  Gutter can replace eaves purlin, even contact beam!  

3) The gutter drains the water.  This basically is gutter size design is not enough, or downpipe blocked, do not close practice problem, can be prevented by increasing overflow mouth.  Caigang gutter needs on-site docking.  Usually, the corrosion of color steel plate starts from the incision and hole, and the ordinary rivet will rust, (the corrosion of the color plate incision is indeed a problem.  However, if the substrate is aluminum-zinc plated, there will be a compensation effect of battery reduction, which can better reduce the corrosion problem here.  Especially out of the heart easy to lead to leakage!  In theory, the surface corrosion resistance of color steel plate is indeed better than ordinary steel plate, but it is too thin, once it begins to rust immediately will lead to leakage.  The common gutter is not;  Party A also agrees with this point on this issue.  Therefore, in the selection of the scheme is also biased to the ordinary steel plate gutter (especially in the 6m column distance).  As for the strength, construction, but also take it as a construction channel, it can be seen that the stiffness of the ordinary gutter is better than the color plate gutter.
