Purification System

●Dual filtering structure：the first rough filter is made of high-quality non textile cotton, which is installed at the intake hose, can capture granules larger than 10μm. The second ceiling filter is made of high-quality multi-layer filtering cotton, can capture granules bigger than 5μm. Its filtering rate reaches 98%.TSP≤1.4mg/m3.

Heating System

●Italy Riello Brand, model G20 light oil burner, 200000kcal/h, oil consumption: 4-6 kilolitre/set, heating up time: 6-8 minutes(20-60 centi degree).
●Model BCLJ2304, SUS304 Stainless steel heat exchanger, argon arc welding, thickness:2.0mm, with anti-exposion hose,heat exchange rate is 87.1%

●Computerise touch screen, stable and safe, every process can be set, controlled and monitered on the touch screen. The whole working process can be set at one time.

Enviromental System

●HB-G1 type 7.5kw one side air intake swirling blower, multi-layer glassfiber filter, active carbon,exhaust emission conforms to（Integrated emission standard of air pollutants）Chinese national standard. 

 

●A set of main hot wind producer, 2 rows of independent hot wind speed up system. The main hot wind producer and speed up system are working at the same time when solidifying the water-solubility paint. While only the main hot wind producer works when solidifying the normal paint.

●The spray nozzle of the hot wind speed up system are installed at two sides of the carbin at 45°angle, which insures the speed of the hot wind is well-distributed and invariablenes.
