Producing process

Raw material→ washing and peeking→slicing → blanching→blowing→shaking water→ frying→

de-oiling→ conveyor→ flavor mixing→cooling→ packing  

1.feeding, washing, peeling machine

Introduction:feeding-wash and peeling. 

Use the brush(material is food Silicon rod) rub against each other to peel the potato. 

After peel the spray water wash potato clearly.

2.the cutting machine 

has two knifes, the material is stainless steel.After cutting the potato fall into the blanching machine 

for blanching. In the  blanching machine there is valves, convenient to change water

3.Blow leaching, frying 

Blow leaching adopt the wind blow the water on the surface of the potato. 

Then send to the  frying machine. 

The frying machine equiped with 3m³ oil tank and high temperature oil pump, 

convenient to put the oil into the oil tank when cleaning.

4.Blow leaching oil and mixing 

Introduction: blow leaching oil--arrange material --mixing-convey

Line introduction

Capacity: 100-1000kg/h

Usable energy:gas, electric, diesel oil, heat conduction oil furnace

1.This potato chips machine are made of 304 stainless steel.

3.The blanching pool adopt the direct steam heating, in the working process, it can exchange 

the water during blanching.

4.After finished the blanching, the chips send to shaking sieve by conveyor, it shaking the water 

while blowing wind. Then the chips go into the frying machine. Finish fried, it blow to cool, then 

go into the mixing machine.
