Bearing Bush, Sintered Bronze Bushing
Bimetal bushing is based on steel and sintered with CuPb10Sn10 or CuSn6Zn6Pb3 as a lining layer.
The strongest type of bimetal bushings and widely applicated in so many fields. This type has the best performance within the range of Cu-Pb alloy construcured bushing. Therefor it has a wide application and is mostly suitable for where is middle speed and high impact etc.
Features:
- Exhibits incomparable performance under high load, low speed operation. Usable without lubrication.
- Excellent wear resistance in such places where an oil film is difficult to be formed due to reciprocating, oscillating motions and frequently intermittent operations.
