     YRTM150 rotary table bearing consist of a thrust/radial housing washer, a thrust/radial shaft washer, a thrust washer, two Axial needle roller and cage assemblies and a group of radial cylindrical roller . The Housing washer and shaft washer have equally spaced fitting bolt. This kind of bearings( YRTM150)can support high axial load and radial load ,and it also have high tilting rigidity and high precision. YRTM150 rotary table bearing is based on the YRT150 rotary table bearings, it is mounted with magnetic angle measuring system, in order to accurately measure and adjust the angle of the bearing rotating and make sure the high rotation speeds.The Measuring system is composed of transmission chain and measuring scale. It adopts pure inductive measurement principle, so the signal,and the precision of measuring is very high. YRTM150 can work reliably without too much maintenance; the application scope is very wide. It can be applied to high precision rotary table and axis rotation, index head, military radar, aviation, aerospace and the field with the high accuracy of Angle rotation in the measuring and the Test equipment.

Design & Installation for YRTM150:

Structure with the requirements shown in Figure 1

Retaining screws secure the bearing components during transport. For installing the bearing easier, the screws should be loosened before fitting, and secured again or replaced by positioning screws after fitting.

The L-section ring can be fitted with unsupported or supported ring.

a)  Without supported ring, the bearing type is YRT.

b)  With supported ring, the bearing type is YRT-VSP.And the whole surface of L-section should be supported.

Mounting forces must only be applied to the YRTM460 rotary table bearing ring to be fitted, never through the rolling elements.

Tighten the fixing screws in crosswise using a torque wrench (shown in figure 2).

Don’t separate or interchanged bearing components during fitting and dismantling. 

Starting friction torque can be 3 to 3.5 times as high as the value of friction torque in the dimension tables.

YRT rotary table bearings are greased by a lithium complex soap grease and can be lubricated via the outer ring and L-section ring.

Limiting speeds:The bearings allow the limiting speeds nG given in the dimension tables. The operating temperatures occurring are heavily dependent on the environmental conditions. Calculation is possible by means of a thermal balance analysis based on frictional torque data.

Bearing preload:Once the bearings have been fitted and fully screw mounted,they are radially and axially clearance-free and preloaded.

Temperature differences:Temperature differences between the shaft and housing influence the radial bearing preload and thus the operating behaviour of the bearing arrangement. If the shaft temperature is higher than the housing temperature,
the radial preload will increase proportionally, so there will be an increase in the rolling element load, bearing friction and bearing temperature.If the shaft temperature is lower than the housing temperature,the radial preload will decrease proportionally, so the rigidity will decrease to bearing clearance and wear will increase.
