Paprika Oleoresin is an oil-soluble extract from the fruits of Capsicum annuum.
It is obtained by solvent extraction of paprika, which consists of the ground fruit pods of Capsicum annuum L and contains the major flavouring and colouring principles of this spice. The major flavouring principle is capsaicin and the major colouring principles are capsanthin and capsorubin. A wide variety of other coloured compounds are also known to be present.
Paprika Oleoresin is a Naural Dye.
Uses:
Food Colouring - Foods coloured with paprika oleoresin include cheese, orange juice, spice mixtures, sauces, sweets and emulsified processed meats.
Poutry feed - It is used to deepen the colour of egg yolks.
Packing can be provided as per buyer's requirement.
