Sirs, I live in Barcelona (Spain) and I have bought a new Skyteam Bubbly 125 motorcycle in a store in France to transport it in a camper. They assured me that it had European approval and in Spain they tell me that I cannot register it because the CoC it brings is not valid (e9 * 2002/24 * 0417 * 00), and the technical requirements that this vehicle meets are those of the old 2002 directive. / 24, which are already out of date. They tell me that I will not be able to do anything with it unless the manufacturer issues a certificate stating that this motorcycle complies with Regulation 168/2013, which is the legislation that must be complied with today to be able to register a motorcycle in our country or any other member state. I'm desperate and I don't know what to do. Please help me solve the problem and issue this certificate that this bike complies with Regulation 168/2013. I await your instructions.
