Application scenarios
The walnut peeling machine consists of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (two types of large and small), a hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt wheel and a driving V-belt, etc. After the machine is running normally, put the walnuts into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. The walnuts are broken under the repeated blows, frictions, and collisions of the rotor. The walnut kernels and broken shells pass through the rotating wind pressure and blow of the rotor. A sieve with a pore size (a large-hole sieve is used to start threshing, and the small skin fruits after cleaning are replaced with a small-hole sieve for secondary peeling) for filtering and separation. The walnut shells and grains are blown out of the body by the blowing force of the rotating fan, and the heavier fruits are screened through a vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
