2. The first step is to remove the impurities through the cleaning machine.The fan blows the broken leaves and dust out of the machine.The screen removes heavy impurities (clumps of soil, stones).
3.Next, the peanuts are transported by the air conveying device to the shelling system for shelling.The peanut is sent into the shelling cylinder, and it is shelled four times.Peanut shells are discharged out of the machine or into the dust-proof storage through the fan. Red peanuts are put into sacks after passing through grading screens.
4.The peanut sheller is a device for peanut shelling. The peanut sheller integrates peanut shelling and shell kernel separation. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, low power consumption and low noise. The peanut sheller does not raise dust (no mask and hat are needed for shelling), the shelling rate is 99%, and it is very clean. The peanut sheller is durable and has a long service life.
