Buckwheat dehulling & separating equipment Model TFQM400 is a patented product of our company and is the independent intellectual property of our company. The machine is also the most widely used with better dehulling results in the world. During the dehulling process, the buckwheat kernel-shell can be separated automatically, and at the same time sort out the brokens from kernels. It adopts a dry method dehulling process, so no preheating is required beforehand. It features easy operation, a high percentage of kernels recovery, a high percentage of whole kernels, and perfect kernel-shell separation.
The ideal dehulling result can be achieved due to the adjustable design of the dehullers.The clearance in-between the emery rollers can be adjusted according the various materials.
This machine adopts vibrating and negative-pressure separation. and spiral discharging for shells. The discharge makes collectin the shells easier and meanwhile reduces the dust accumulation greatly during processing. Vibration source of the equipment adopts vibratory motors design, features easy and quick installation, and no foundation work is required.

It consists of input hopper(1) , bucket elevator (2) , dehullers(3) , and electric control cabinet(4).

Packaging:all machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
