Functions and Features
The almond processing line provides a one-stop solution for food industry. It can grade nuts, de-hull and separate shells. The machine can be also used to process hazelnust.
Component
The processing line TFXZ-500 consists of Grading/sizing unit, de-hulling and pre-separating unit, shells separating unit, and electric control cabinet.
(1) Grading/sizing Unit
It consists of input hopper, elevator and sizing machine. It is used for grading/sizing in-shell almonds into 4 grades.
(2) De-hulling and Pre-separating Unit
It consists of input hopper, elevator, de-huller, separating screen, elevator for un-hulled almond. It can de-hull almond grade by grade, then separate out the small shells and un-hulled almonds from kernels.
(3) Shells Separating Unit
It consists of input hopper, elevator and two separators. It is used to sort out shells from almonds kernels.
