In general,EbyTon can procee the following sheet metal materials:SPCC, SPHC, Aluminium plate,
SGCC,copper plate, SECC, stainless steel, round tube, square tube, rectangular tube.
2.What is the maximum thickness of part can you do?
For CNC punching:
--4mm for Aluminum
--3mm for SPCC,SPHC,SGCC,copper plate, SECC
For CNC Bending:
--0.5mm--4mm for all kinds of materials
3.What is the minimum thickness for welding?
Thickness below 0.8mm is difficult to weld.
4.What is the processing procedures for sheet metal rackmount chassis fabrication?

Usually customized carton box or wooden box for the rackmount enclosure.
