HOW TO USE
Place it on a flat surface and hold down firmly with the palm of the hand. Never operate it unless all parts of your hand are fully covered by the guards.
Starting with the heel of your blade in the "V" created between the Diamond Fingers, swipe the blade down and back in an arc motion through to the blade tip. Life blade and repeat until edge is sharp.
The diamond coating will regrind the cutting edge to perfect 20° bevels.
Pull the knife down and back through the fingers with pressure. Test the edge for sharp-ness often during the process to avoid removing too much metal.
Repeat this swiping action 2-3 times for regular maintenance of an edge in good condition, or continue until the edge feels sharp. The diamond coating on its finger will lightly sharpen and reshape worn edges that are in in reasonable condition. Thick and heavily worn/ damaged blades may require many swipes, or a full regrind using other FURI sharpening tools to establish good new bevels.
