Summary
The froth Sotation process is commonly employed for the selective separation of a mineral species from a liquid-solid suspension of both valuable and unwanted gangue mineral particles. Flotation Machine is suitable to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal such as copper, gold, silver, zinc, lead, nickel, etc., noble metal, non-metallic mineral such as kaolinite, phosphorus, sulfur, etc., chemical rough and etc. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, concentration or reverse flotation.

Working principle
The Flotation Machine was driven by the motor with the working of impeller rotation, and then produces the centrifugal effect, and form the negative pressure. On one hand, adsorbing enough air to mix with the pulp; on the other hand, stirring the mixture of pulp and drugs, in the meanwhile, refining bubble, make the mineral adsorbed on bubbles, float to the pulp surface and form the mineralized bubble . Adjust the flashboard height, control the pulp surface, make the foam scraped by the scraping plate.
