Factors such as pregnancy, childbirth, aging,being overweight, and abdominal surgery such as cesarean section, often result in the weakening of the pelvic muscles. This can be assessed by either digital examination of vaginal pressure or using a Kegel perineometer. Kegel exercises are useful in regaining pelvic floor muscle strength in such cases.
Urinary incontinence
Pelvic floor exercises are recommended for women with urinary incontinence of the stress, urge, or mixed types. There is tentative evidence that biofeedback may give added benefit when used with pelvic floor muscle training.

Though most commonly used by women, men can also use Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are employed to strengthen thepubococcygeal muscle and other muscles of the pelvic diaphragm. Kegels can help men achieve stronger erections, maintain healthy hips, and gain greater control over ejaculation. The objective of this may be similar to that of the exercise in women with weakened pelvic floor: to increase bladder and bowel control and sexual function.

Hetian jade

Its rigidity ranges from 5.5 degrees to 6.5 degrees. Hetian jade can usally be found mountains’ rock where the altitude is between 3,500 meters to 5,000 meters.

Xiuyan jade
Xiuyan jade is produced from Xiuyan town of Liaoning province. Xiuyan town is a beautiful place where natural resources are plentiful. After millions of years of natural evolution, the land agglomerated radiance of the sun and moon and then produced the world-famous national treasure curio —Xiuyan jade.
As one of the Chinese four great jades, Xiuyan jade can be divided into two types. One is Old jade called Hemo jade, which has plain yet dignified quality a dark green color. Dushan jade
Dushan jade is also known as “Nanyang jade” or “Nan jade”, which is produced in Dushan just north of Nanyang city. As one of the Chinese four great jades, the quality of Dushan jade is tough and dense, exquisite, soft and moist, and its color is transparent. It has six colors: green, white, yellow, purple, red and black.
