The machine has a cylinder bed interlock sewing head Japan Pegasus with double transport , which ensures the highest quality of stitch and edge trimmer of hemming fabric before sewing (bottom trimming edge of fabric).
Automatic thread cutting and presser foot lifting and suctioning waste of fabric ensure high quality and efficiency sewing. Control by a readable and easy-to-use graphic touch control panel.

Automatic Bottom Hemmer for A-Shirts and T-Shirts and similar garments.Equipped with a Pegasus needle coverseam machine. Bottom hemming with or without side seams. When hemming fabrics made of single jersey, a higher production as well as a more uniform seam is obtained, compared with a customary hemming station. A combined tensioning and guiding system, driven by wear resisting stepping motors, allows very easy loading of the unit. The active guiding system controls the edge of the cloth across the feeding direction without any friction on the cloth. The hem is automatically formed and presented to the sewing machine. The overlapped seam length at the end is pre-programmed. The complete operating sequence is micro processor controlled, including stacking.
