1. What are my payment options?
For samples, it is 100% in advance.
For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance.

2. How long will it take to ship my order?
As long as there is stock available, chelong usually ships items within 3 work days for samples and within one to two weeks for formal order once receiving the confirmation of a new order. The order will not be confirmed until the payment reaches chelong’S bank account. If we aretemporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you of the estimated lead time.
3. What does your warranty cover?
chelong’s product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship). Missing/lost or worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.
4. Who will pay the freight for repairing items?
Both parties will share half the freight: the buyer will take the freight of sending it back to chelong,while chelong will cover that of sending it back to the buyer. And chelong suggests to sending it back with the next mass production items.
5. Can I return product for credit?
Sorry, crediting product is unacceptable for now.
