Introduction
This machine is suitable for the sealing of aluminum cans, tin cans, pet cans, glass cans, PVC cans, PET cans, etc. The sealer station is only equipped with one seam head, but the maximum capacity is 30 cans per minute. 2000 cans per hour. It is ideal for customers in the food, beverage, chemical, and health care industries to use canned containers.
Working process:
This machine is applicable for sealing of various tin cans, aluminum cans, paper cans, plastic cans and all kinds of round cans.
Advantage:
1. The can will not rotate during sealing process with provides a wider application range.
2. Left and right sealed reel sealing is adopted. the left reel crimps and the right reel press down. it is simple and reasonable in structure and convenient for adjustment.
3. Sealed reel is made of stainless steel 304# with high hardness, rust-proofing and excellent sealing performance;
4.Hob work and tank movements are controlled by the mechanical cam, stable and reliable operation.
