The process of making a wrench is below:
| 1). Evaluate the drawing from over customer. Quote base on the customer requirement. There will be slight change on material, dimension and requirement since Chinese standard is a little different from US and Euro. |
2). Purchase raw material SAE 1045, material should be flat and no rust, no distort or bend. And metal thickness needs to meet tolerance requirement. |
3). Laser cuttingsheet metal. Check both dimension and straightness. The dimension will be slight change after heat treatment, so we need to make compensation when laser cutting. |
4). Debur the cutting burr especially inner hole and make sure no sharp edge |
5). Welding the pins to the wrench, a fixture is required when welding to guarantee the tolerance. |
6). Polish after welding each part, make sure the surface is 100% smooth and not gap or welding burr before painting |
7). Milling the wrench per drawing |
8). Heat treat the part and do straight calibration is there is slight distort after heat. |
9). soul bath part and painting black. Bubble bag parts right after painting for pretection. |
10). laser print or screen print parts then pack into cartoons for shipping |

Step1: provide your drawing and requirements to us.
Step2: we make quotation.
Step3: negotiation and confirm product details.
Step4: confirm sample cost, freight and delivery.
Note:
1. Sample unit cost will be 3 times based on the final quotation.
2. Because samples are customized, it takes us more labor costs than mass production.
3. Usually sample delivery time is around 10 to 20days.(up to the products)
Step5: provide PI to you, you make payment accordingly.
Step6: we start production, and keep you informed updated news.
Step7: send you details and photos when qualified sample is finished.
Step8: make shipment after above information is confirmed.
