The Hydrocyclone Unit, mod. GRF, has been mainly realized for the recovery of fine and very fine material contained in the waste water from traditional crushing, screening and washing plants, solving various existing problems such as:
- Recovery of approximately 90% of sands even the very fine ones (up to about 74 microns), which would otherwise be lost, while sometimes they are essential.
- Nearly complete elimination of all impurities (i.e. clay and silt).
- Moisture content of the recovered sand is less than 15%.
- Substantial reduction of the solids in the waste water, which would otherwise overload the water treatment plant.
2. Structure of Sand Recovery Machine using In Sand Recycle Washing Line
The Hydrocyclone Unit is mainly made up of: horizontal centrifugal pump driven by an electric motor complete with pulleys and V- belts, Hydrocyclone with wear resistant rubber coating, dewatering screen operated electromechanically with counter-rotating weights, vibrating deck interchangeable polyurethane inserts. The supporting structure in profiles and electro-welded press-folded steel plates, complete with inspection platforms, handrails and access ladder for normal control and maintenance operations

3. Working Principle of Sand Recovery Machine using In Sand Recycle Washing Line
1.Fine sand recovery system structure: consists of electrical machine, slurry pump, swirler, ZKR line vibrating screen, purge tank and material returning bin, etc.
2.Working process of fine sand recovery system: the sand and water mixture is sent to swirler. After centrifugal grading enrichment, the fine sand is sent to vibrating screen by sand sinking mouth. After dehydration by vibrating screen, the fine sand is efficient ly separated from water and a few of fine sand and clay come through material returning bin then come back to purge tank. When liquid surface in the purge tank is high, the discharge hole can adjust the liquid surface. The weight concentration of recycling materials in line vibrating screen is 70%-85%. Adjusting fineness modulus can be realized by changing pump rotation speed, changing pulp consistency, adjusting overflow water and changing sand sinking mouth. 4. Advantages of Sand Recovery Machine using In Sand Recycle Washing Line
1,In the traditional artificial sand wet processing technology, washing and dehydration of artificial sand are finished by spiral sand washing machine. Loss of artificial sand (especially fine sand) almost can't be controlled. Using fine sand recovery device can eEffectively reduce the loss of the fine sand and the loss will be controlled in 0.5%.
