A3:Workers are professional in handing the stamping, printing, stitching ,packing process,all shoes will be inspected by our QC person at assembly line to ensure the quality. And a final inspection will be arranged before shipment.
Q3:Your shoes used chemical glue , is it smelly and harmful to human health?
A5: No, we use 100% environmental glue, AZO free test assurance, also passed by SGS and BV certificates.
Q4: Could we get compensation if we find the defect goods ?
A4:All our products are offered a warranty of 100 days after shipping. If the shoes are broken within 100 days without human destruction, please contact our salesman, and we will compensate you new shoes.
Q5: Do you have CE certificate?
A5: Yes, all our products can meet CE standard, and we have cooperation relationship with different international labs, including Interteck from UK, CTC from France, SABS from South Africa etc.
