Summary:

        XLB - Q1400 x10000 x 2 plate vulcanizing press production line is mainly used in the flat rubber vulcanization fabric conveyor belt.

AUXILIARY STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS:

1. Guiding device:
Through the huge volume and guide to open structure consisting of an organic whole, lock disc guide at the beginning, torque motor drives the take-up placemat, in guarantee under the condition of invariable linear speed automatic speed control;

2. Before and after clamping and clamping tensile device
The device consists of a steel plate and steel welded together, the structure form is frame type structure. Under the clamping device is mainly composed of frame, upper and lower splint, clamping cylinder, etc. Stretching part by tensile girder, two drawing of cylinder.

3. Traction unit: from vertical roller, frame, etc; Knurling roller surface, increase with traction.

4. Repairing machine: a small vulcanizing machine, when products. Local defects repair.
5. take-up device: the motor drives the single roller coiling, roller are installed on the rim device.
