Rubber Floor Tiles Machineis mainly for making rubber tiles. It can make 4 pcs 500*500mm rubber tiles in 15 minutes one time. Raw material rubber granules need to be smaller than 24 mesh.

Thickness of the tiles can be from 15mm to 50mm. Thickness used often is 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm. Different thickness, vulcanizing time is a little different.

B rubber powder mixing machine
Moulds:
Production: Put rubber granules into mixer. Add glue and color pigment. Mixer will mix them completely. Then put granules after mixing into molds and spread out. Push molds into vulcanizing press. After 10-12 minutes, it can be finished and take out the tiles.
Application:
Rubber tile vulcanizing press is to make rubber granules (from waste tires) into rubber tiles.
This kind of products are used in stadiums, children’s playground, gym, senior center, swimming pool beach, kindergartens, nurseries, parks, stations, shopping malls, office, hotels and so on.
