1.Can I get samples from you ?
Of course, you can. you can get them for free,only need to pay for the express cost.
2.Can you produce OEM products ?
Yes, we can produce products by your drawing or samples.
3. Can you accept small orders?
Yes, You can place your small order .Please kindly tell us your ordering weight or pieces, we would quote for you immediately.Because the unit price cost and freight cost of small order would be higher than MOQ'S.Pls also consider our MOQ ,the cost can be reduced .

4. Which shipping way will you use for the products?
For light weight or small, we will use international express, such as TNT,DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc.it always requires 3-5 days and can be reached according to your area, For heavy weight and large size, we would recommend that you take by sea way or by air shippment .
5. What is your standard packing?
All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
6. What materials are available to produce from your side?
NBR, EPDM, SILICONE, FKM, NEOPRENE(CR), NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, Fluorosilicone(FVMQ), FFKM.
7. What's your payment terms and delivery date?
T/T,L/C,Western union,Paypal,etc. The delivery date depends on your order. Delivery date is 7-25 days. If you need emergency products, we can speed up the production of the first arrangement.
