Material of trapezoidal upvc roof sheet 1130 is UPVC and ASA.UPVC has the performance of corrosion resistance by itself.And ASA is a kind of super high anti-weathering enigneering resin material which has great performance of anti-uv,with ASA coated,color of roof sheet can last for more than 20 years,and lifetime can reach 50 years!
Look at the test picture,the red one is color coated roof sheet,the blue one is our roof sheet.They were both put into10%NaOH,20%H2SO4,AND 20%HLC,after 24 hour,check the the results:
Factory buiding:plant area is over 10,000.00 m2 with 29 production lines.This plant has 3 floors. The third floor is loading material workshop. The second floof is mixing material workshop.The first floor is production workshop.
