Q1. No signal after installed the repeater?
A. First, making sure that there is mobile phone signal from the outdoor antenna (above -50dbm)
B. Then Check that whether the amplifiers, antennas and other accessories are used correctly.
C. Make sure the connection of antenna, splitter and repeater is correct.


Q2. The signal improved after installed the repeater, but it can not call out? 

  1. Outdoor antenna point at the signal base station exactly.
  2. The distance between outdoor antenna and base station is within 5 kms.
  3. The cable between the outdoor antenna and amplifier does not exceed 40 meters and not less than 10 meters

D. If it still not solved, please replace with a more powerful amplifier, or consult with manufacture for further investigation.


Q3. Poor call quality?
A. Adjust direction of the outdoor antenna.

B. Double check the arrangement of cable. ( Try to be straight and no 90 ° right angle)

C. Confirm the coaxial cable at least 50 ohm -7D

D. Check the distance between the outdoor antenna and indoor antenna is more than 20 meters.(too close will cause self-excitation). Better to have a wallor corridor to separate to prevent self-excitation.


Q4. The signal improved, but coverage is not enough ? 

  1. Check the signal intensity of the outdoor antenna
  2. Confirm the cable between indoor antenna and amplifier less than 50 meters. Make sure the right connector, right material and not too many splitters connected.

Q5.Interfere the base station ?
A.The uplink power of amplifier is too strong or the amplifier is too close to the base station.

B. Change installation location of the outdoor antenna to deviate from the base station, or replace with a smaller power amplifier.


Q6.Cell phone signal is unstable?

A. This situation is caused by self-excitation of the amplifier.

B. Make sure that connection is correct .

C. Confirm the distance between the indoor antenna and outdoor antenna is more than 10metters. Better with wall to separate the indoor antenna and outdoor antenna.

A. This situation is due to the uplink power of the amplifier is not strong, or the signal of outdoor antenna is too weak.
B. First, making sure the outdoor antenna has signal and above -50DBM (full bars).

C. Confirm the distance between the indoor antenna and outdoor antenna is more than 10metters. Better with a wall to separate the indoor antenna from outdoor antenna.

D. Install the outdoor antenna higher and point directly to the base station.
