JWJXC-H80/0.06 stepless enhanced contact slow release relay is the main equipment to ensure the safe operation of the system. The signal relay can control the switching of the switch, lock and unlock the path, and control the opening and closing of the signal machine. Relays are widely used in railway signal technology, called signal relays, which are important components in railway signal technology. It plays an important role no matter as the core component of the relay signal system or as the interface component of the electronic or computer signal system. The reliability of the relay action directly affects the reliability and safety of the signal system.


Product Usage

The JWJXC-H80/0.06 type stepless enhanced contact slow release relay is used as a switch-start relay in the switch control circuit of a high-power DC electric point machine (such as ZD7-C165/250). The relay strengthened contacts are specially designed for signal circuits with larger on-off power.


Features

1. The relay is a heavy elastic DC electromagnetic relay, which uses the principle of "constant gravity" to force the moving and closing contacts to open when the coil is de-energized.

2. The use of silver-silver oxidation requires contacts, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.

3. The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and installs the stop piece at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit, prevent the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit from magnetization, and ensure the reliable fall of the relay.

4. The magnetic circuit system is basically the same as the JWXC-H340 relay.

5. The relay contact system consists of two parts: ordinary contacts and reinforced contacts. There are two groups of moving on and off conversion ordinary contacts; there are two groups of moving on and off conversion reinforced contacts with magnetic arc blowers, and two groups without magnetic arc blowers. The dynamic break conversion strengthens the contact. The structure of ordinary contacts is the same as that of non-polar relays, and the strengthened contacts are specially designed high-power contacts and isolated isolation devices.

6. The rated voltage of the front ring of the relay is DC 24V; the rated current of the rear ring is 11A.

b) Relative humidity: not more than 90% (temperature +25℃);

c) Air pressure: not less than 70kPa (equivalent to below 3000m above sea level);

d) Vibration: the vibration frequency is not more than 15Hz, and the amplitude is not more than 0.45mm;

e) Working position: horizontal;

f) There should be no harmful gas causing explosion hazard around, and good dust-proof measures should be taken.

Insulation withstand voltage

Under the standard atmospheric conditions of the test, the insulation resistance of the relay should not be less than 100MQ.

Under the condition that the air pressure is not less than 86kPa (equivalent to the altitude below 1000m), the insulation withstand voltage of the relay should be able to withstand AC sine wave 50Hz,

1000V effective value voltage, there should be no breakdown flashover after 1min, and the voltage during repeated test should be 75% of the original test voltage.

Structural characteristics
