Phosphate High Alumina Bricks

Introduction:

Phosphate High Alumina Bricks (also called Phosphate Bonded High Alumina Bricks) are a kind of new type environmentally friendly refractory, composed of normal refractory and light weight insulation refractory to meet the daily production requirements and save costs on coal and powder of users.

 

Phosphate bonded high alumina bricks have high mechanical strength, high refractoriness under load temperature, and good thermal shock resistance.

When small amount of ZrO2 is added into high alumina brick, thermal shock resistance of high alumina bricks can be improved, and the quantity of micro crack can be reduced.

Phosphate bonded high alumina brick, phosphate bonded high alumina wear resistant brick, stripping resistant high alumina brick and chemical bonded high alumina brick are widely used in cement kilns.

 

 

Phosphate Bonded Alumina Brick Classifications

1.         Phosphate brick (type code: P)short for phosphate bonded high alumina brick, are applicable for firing zone of cement rotary kiln, transition zone, cooling zone and high temperature zone of cement vertical kiln.

2.        Abrasion-resistant brick (type code: PA), short for phosphate bonded abrasion-resistant high alumina brick are applicable for Cement rotary cooler, cooling zone and high temperature zone of cement vertical kiln.

Kiln lining bricks should be categorized in special-shaped products in one of the following circumstances:

1.         The weight exceeds 12kg or less than 4.5kg

2.        More than four measurements.

3.        The outline dimension ratio is greater than 1:5

4.        Have concave grooves or holes (except mark).
