Our refractory zirconia bricks are made of α-Al2O3, partially stabilized zirconia and zirconium corundum clinker and other materials.
They are raw materials.
Then mixing → molding → drying → sintering(sinter at high temp in shuttle kiln), through these producing, then made into refractory zirconia bricks.

Application of refractory zirconia bricks
Dense zircon brick is mainly used in sodium - calcium glass kiln middle brick, skew block, etc
Containing zirconium brick is mainly used in large Glass kiln melting pool, CRT furnace ,
regenerative chamber wall brick and the solution erosion area in the kiln in chemical industry, metallurgical industry.
