Usage of PET bottle washing line:
Nowdays PET recycling technology is a most mature and common case among all polymers. Recycled PET can be used again to produce PET-based plastic Products, e.g. bottles (not food & beverage-grade), fiber/cloth, sheet, strap band and, etc. This recycling chain not only reduces the pollution to your environment but also reduces production cost.
The PET flakes processed by this unit can be used by the chermical fiber company to draw fibers,and the fiber don't need to be washed.
By changing some parts according to characteristic of the raw material,this line also can wash and recycle other plastic products ...
Main Advantage :
Final products has good quality. When process PET bottle, final products humidity below 1%, flake size 8-10mm, impurities150ppm,PVC content 150ppm . The whole line capacity between 100kg/h-2000kg/hour.
Label remover can meet 90% label removed, 30% caps removed.It removed with water ,and have high effect.
Parts which contact material use SUS304 stainless steel, thickness more than 3mm, ensure long service lift time.
