We offer pressure reactor 1 KLto 12KL

TYPE: Cylindrical, vertical, top and bottom dish welded to the shell, external two one M.S. limpet coil for heating & cooling in two segments. Complete with drive agitator assembly, nozzles, connections and lug supports.

SIZE: 1900 mm dia x 2375 ht. thickness of shell 8 mm. Bottom dish 10 mm.

MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION: S.S. 304 for vessel.

LIMPET COILS:        External M.S. Limpet Coil 3" O/D half pipe at shell and bottom dish in a 60:40 ratio. The limpet covers complete shell and distance between limpet is kept to minimum. The thickness of limpet coil is as per sch.40 pipe.

SHAFT:           100mm dia S.S. 304 material fitted with anchor type agitator with twin turbine type stirrer all in S.S.316 material. A Foam breaker is mounted on the agitator. The shaft is installed in MS stool housing complete with bearings, gland packing and cooling jacket.                         

NOZZLES:  Manhole, light and view glass, thermo-well, vapor connection, limpet coil, inlet, out let, bottom outlet, sampling connection, pressure gauge along with spare nozzles connections as per requirements.

DRIVE:Consist of a 15 HP Explosion proof motor coupled to a vertical downward gear box of 7” centre which drives the shaft at 50 RPM. The drive is mounted on top of the vessel and provided with sturdy structural supports to keep vibrations to the minimum.

VESSEL MOUNTING: 4 nos. Lug supports for mounting the vessel on to the platform is provided.

SS COLUMN & BEND:         S.S.304 Column of 10" dia x 10 ft height with outside MS jacket & connections for 1” nozzles with 10” bend.

SS CONDENSER TYPE: Shell & tube type single pass horizontally inclined condenser of 30 sq.mtrs. heat transfer area. The condenser is made from SS 316 1"O/D seamless tube, 14 SWG thick with outside cooling shell in MS construction, cladded tube sheets, cladded flanges, baffles, headers, nozzles, connections and lifting supports. All materials in contact with process are in SS nstruction

SS SEPERATORof 200 Ltrs capacity fabricated from SS 304 material. The separator has a top flanged cover with bottom dish welded to the shell. The separator is complete with glass indicators, inlet and outlet nozzles, connection and supports.

SUPPORTS   4Nos, MS Lug Supports are provided for platform mounting.

SS REFLUX LINESS 316 Reflux line of 50 mm tube with glass indicator and valves as per required quantity shall be provided.

BOTTOM DISCHARGE: Size Bottom discharge Flush bottom valve of 4" X 3’’ size in SS 304 construction.

SAMPLING VALVE:   SIZE 1” Flush bottom type of SS 304 materials.
