SOLID SURFACE MANUFACTURERING PROCESS
- Purified quartz granules and powder go to the mixing machine, together with unsaturated resin, pigments and antibiotic substance.
- After mixing and blending, the mixture is poured into molds of 3050*1450mm (120'*57') or 3250*1650mm (128'*65'). Under vacuum and vibrating condition with high temperature and high pressure in a kiln, the mixture is finally formed into hard solid slabs.

Slabs are moved to the Calibrating Machine to grind in required thickness. Then follow to be water polished.

Rugged edges are clean-cut by Bridge Cutting Machine.
- Finished slabs are strictly controlled in quality and classified. ONLY grade A is used to export with Wooden Crate/Wooden Frame.
