Product Features

1) In strict accordance with the contract requirements, provide products that meet the design standards and are of qualified quality.

(2) Strictly check and control the incoming quality of the original components of raw materials.

(3) Ensure that the processing technology of the supplied equipment is complete and the detection means are complete. The product never leaves the factory with defects.

(4) Take full responsibility for issues involving subcontractors' supply quality, equipment performance, technical interface services, etc. The key components specified in the contract must meet the relevant qualification requirements and be approved by the purchaser.

(5) Provide relevant department standards and drawings to the supervision unit according to the contract, and provide convenience for supervision, and notify the purchaser and the supervision representative 7 days in advance of the shutdown and inspection parts of the supervision equipment. It is to urge us to produce qualified products according to the standard, but it does not reduce all our quality responsibilities.

(6) Not to conceal the quality defects that appear in the equipment manufacturing process to the purchaser and the manufacturing supervision representative in a timely manner. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard stipulated in the contract, the supplier will replace it unconditionally. In the process of installation and trial operation, if there is a quality problem with the equipment, the problem should be dealt with first, and then the responsibilities should be distinguished.

(7) Insure the supplied equipment during the manufacturing, transportation, loading and unloading process. In the event of an accident, we will replace and repair the supplied equipment for free as soon as possible until the buyer is satisfied.

(8) In the process of unpacking, if missing parts and other parts are found to be missing, we are responsible for making up for the missing parts as soon as possible free of charge. If the quality problems found during the installation and commissioning of the equipment and in the future operation of the equipment are our own reasons, we shall be liable.

(9) Provide all technical data and drawings specified in the contract to the buyer on time. It is obliged to invite the buyer to participate in our technical design review when necessary.

(10) Provide technical services on site at the time required by the demander, and guide the demander to carry out installation, trial operation and trial production according to the requirements of our technical data and drawings.

(11) For the ancillary equipment related to the contract equipment purchased by the buyer in advance, we will take the initiative to provide technical conditions and materials that meet the requirements of the equipment interface.

(12) Strictly implement the minutes or agreements of the meeting between the supply and demand sides on relevant issues.

(13) According to the contract, free business classes related to equipment installation, commissioning, use and maintenance technology are held for the buyer.

(14) Strengthen pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services, and implement "24-hour service", "advanced service", "full-process service" and "lifetime service" in the entire process of product manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and overhaul.

(15) After receiving the quality problem information reported by the buyer, reply within 24 hours or send service personnel to arrive at the scene as soon as possible, so that the user is not satisfied with the quality and the service does not stop.

(16) Provide life-long maintenance for products free of charge. All users of our factory have established detailed user files, and our factory will provide after-sales service. The personnel carry out regular return visits, systems, guide users' daily maintenance, and timely point out and solve possible faults.

(17) To meet the requirements of the buyer for spare parts at any time, and to provide users with high-quality and low-cost spare parts for life.
